I'm SoftSeaside, feel free to call me Seaside or Sea! 🌊🌹✨I'm a queer vietnamese comic artist from Germany with a passion for OCs, Dungeons and Dragons, flowers and everything related to water. 💙 I’ve been drawing comics and telling stories since I was in kindergarden and I love to explore the personalities and relationships of and between characters. Right now, I'm working on "Sea of Flowers", a reboot of my old manga “AC - New Insights” that I have worked on for 12 years!Since 2023, I table at artist alleys in Nothern Germany which has been a great experience so far. Some of you might have met me at a convention! At my booths, you will find prints, buttons, stickers and self-bound zines on the topics of D&D/Tabletop, LGBTQIA+ as well as original motifs, cute ducks and a hand full of niche fandoms. You are also welcome to pick up a live commission/ConHon entry or win something in my little raffle.Eventually, I wanna breach out in the future and tackle some bigger conventions and maybe open up a little shop! 💪

Sea of Flowers

Sea of Flowers is an upcoming webcomic by SoftSeaside. It's a rebooted version of “AC - New Insights”, a manga/comic that has run for 12 years (2010 - 2022).Instead of dealing with the challenges of an ordinary freshman at university, Linh is faced with a mysterious murder case that has occured in her home town during her introduction week. While learning about the truth of the incident, she discovers that this is just a small part of greater, supernatural mystery.A queer and heartwarming comic about searching for a place to belong, the struggle to walk your own way and the journey to overcome your hardships.Genre: Drama, Mystery, Slice of Life and a sprinkle of Fantasy/Action.
